Weird thing happened since the patch

First of all, since the patch, no matter which server I join(even with good ping), i'm desync as hell, can't take my gun, can't see my brother moving, all I can do is move. And another thing happened, I spawned in a server, and I saw someone, I shot him, but weirdly he was dressed like me... finally it was me, I killed myself, my double, he had everything that I have, and could be looted. Well, I hope I can get answers.

Yeah iv been on the same server for a bit but i would log off to do some chores. Come back and my character would have to start all over again.  Its happening more frequent to which is super annoying, Might have to stop playing if it keeps happening till they get it fixed.

I should notice that i'm not dead, I spawned = I appeared in the barn in balota since my last logout, and when I logged in, I got pushed by a guy which was me, but he wasn't moving, I shot him just to be sure, and it was a me NPC that I could loot after... he got all the same things as me.

same here - lots of desync and when i drop something on the floor it takes forever to show up and then its still in my inventory and when you try to recover it it takes forever and you have duplicates of everything...

and also it takes forever to pick up your gun and sometimes you cant at all

Shit. Might be the doppelgänger bug showing his face again. They had that happening pre-alpha, it held the alpha up quite a bit!

Well, If you look through the old devblogs they always mentioned that there were two charakters of the same user on the server, copying each others movements, much like it's described above. They said that they wouldn't release untill they fixed it, which eventually happened. Seems like the latest patch broke their fix.

happened to me aswell, but I protected my own me and waited till it disapeared (1 minute) - and relogged to another server

Yea well at least we know that our double, dead or alive doesn't change anything except you can loot your double, that is weird, like sort of item duping. For sure I didn't touched anything on my double body. Have like 200 or 300 mosin bullets, coulda doubled it if I took my double bullets :P

When i log on to a server everyones ping is 0 so i have to wait 5-10 mins for the server to respond and this is super annoying cuse i have gotten me killed so many times

Pre-patch there was also this duping "method". Seems to be a bug now that happens more often.

Haven't had this problem. So far I've joined full servers, had a very smooth experience. One thing I noticed is that moving backpacks and containers to the ground and such is much more responsive, which is nice because usually I'm carrying around 2 or 3 of them at a time.

Finally it seems fixed for me, I can play again. Well maybe it was my internet connection, I don't know.
