Haha I wish.  I just picked up a new graphics card two days ago.  Not the greatest system but I'm pleased with it, can run anything I throw at it.  Current spec is:

 

i5 3570k overclocked to 4.3MHz

MSI R9 280x Gaming 3G in gaming mode at 1020MHz

Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H motherboard

8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM

Playing in 1600x900 resolution

 

Everything maxed except clouds and shadows off, HDR off, ambient occlusion off and post process quality is off.  But even with those on and I was still getting 60-100 fps outside of the cities and 35-80 inside.

Agreed.  Just picked up copies of Dracula and Frankenstein.  Should be good :)
