What do I do with it, I've heard multiple stories from using it to hang yourself too using it to restrain players

There's cuffs as well, I'm assuming it can be used to tie people up. Get a friend into the game with you and try testing it on them if you can meet up without dying.

AFAIK rope does nothing at the moment. Had it equipped and looked at another player, no option to tie him up.
