I've got another 240 in a box.... Also, why so many magazines? I've got one and it's more than enough.

To reload bullets in a magazine, you need to take off the magazine of the rifle, add bullets in the magazine, and load the magazine in the rifle.

Pretty easy to do if you are quietly hidding in a bush, but during a firefight it could kill you.

Instead of, you can have one or two spare mags already loaded with bullets, and just press "R" to load a new mag on the rifle once you finish to spray your 60 first bullets ;)

Personally, I carry 2 full 60Rd mags, 1 in gun, 1 in vest, and a box full of stanag (300 rds). I think 2 mags is pretty essential.

But I'm not a Balota Bandit... If I engage something, 60 rounds will be more than enough, and reloading the magazine with bullets only takes half a second.

 

Either way, I found another apple, but no kiwis. I just don't like kiwis. The fruit is fine though.

I'm not a Balota bandit either, but it is possible to get engaged in extended fire fights, especially if you're working with and/or against a team. Also, I often execute zombies with my M4, so having a backup clip is handy, in case shit hits the fan.

Yep. If you're in a firefight where both sides are behind cover, it can consume a lot of ammo. Always good to have 2-3 clips ready to go.
