Just got a 6.1MB Update

I went to my DayZ properties and set my updates to High Priority and then set Betas to "Experimental" and my DayZ updated. 6.1MB total. Anyone have a guess?

you just opted into the dev branch, basically its the next patch that isn't fully stable yet. If you wanna get out just go back to betas and opt out. You may have problems joining non Dev branch servers

btw i dont think your gear will transer from a dev server to non dev server or vice versa

No, you wont be hopping onto anything but an empty server browser. No servers are up for experimental. I have no fucking clue why they'd have an experimental branch and no servers for it but there you go. 

 

Cant tell you how many times I'v gone back and forth between the two to get a chance to play it.

Check your filters aren't preventing them from showing.

 

I'm not sure that's the case but if your ping is set too low then maybe your not seeing them?

It does, and servers are also the same on both versions.
