stealth_katsu 26 Posted December 30, 2013 (edited) I have been attempting to record my game using NVIDIA ShadowPlay, but it doesn't seem to currently work on my rig in Alpha (strange as works with my other games). I have read up on the threads which show that both Day Z Devs and NVIDIA is aware of the issue and are currently working on a fix. In the meantime, what are my other options for capturing my gameplay? Thanks :) Edited December 30, 2013 by stealth_katsu
DMZ_Sniper 73 Posted December 30, 2013 Livestreaming gives the ability to save the stream on your HDD.DXtory is a very good low-impact capture tool.
matiman 166 Posted December 30, 2013 You can use FRAPS, but the free version only allow time limited recording, and show a watermark
DMZ_Sniper 73 Posted December 30, 2013 You can use FRAPS, but the free version only allow time limited recording, and show a watermark Fraps is also notorious for cutting your framerate in half when it feels like it. A problem DXtory does not have.
Guest Posted December 30, 2013 Bandicam has been a great tool for me, high quality and little effect on gpu plus small files
Aussie Bogan 350 Posted December 30, 2013 I used the free version of Action!, that was a great program for recording..
Lemonater47 11 Posted December 30, 2013 Fraps sucks shit. Bandicam is the best for uploading to YouTube. Dxtory is another good one though for uploading to YouTube I would use bandicam. For streaming OBS is free.
