There was a 127 man server?

Where did this server come from O.o?

 

I thought 40 players were cap, yet the other day I found a server which had 127 players cap with around 110 inside.

Experimental server. Need to opt into the "beta" for the DayZ alpha through steam properties for the game.

Ah a experimental server, well that explains it :) Thanks. With hacks being out, was not sure if it was a legit server and did not wanna join to get killed by a hacker, again.

When did you see this server? There hasn't been one up since they all took vacation.

It's nice to see work is being done about increasing the server cap, but I have to say I will not be playing with that many players on. I already feel cramped with 25 other players on, 120+ would just end up with coastal boxing matches :)

Is anybody else having trouble finding experimental servers? I switched to the appropriate build, but cant find any servers.
