Getting injured in the SA

Recommended Posts

I'm a bit confused about the damage/injury/illness system.

I took some zombie hits and had to bandage up.  Loss some blood so the screens a bit washed out.  That part seems to be the same.

I found some rubbing alcohol and "applied to wounds".  It made the wounds "feel better" and eventually said they healed completely.

So what does that mean exactly?

How would I even know if I even had wounds that needed disinfecting (or worse)?  Will there eventually be visual clues or something?

Would that cause my player's condition to worsen?

Will it get better over time (or with food and blood transfusions)?

It's pretty simple actually. If a zombie hits you, and you were bleeding, then obviously you have wounds. Zombies have a chance of giving you an infection. So disinfecting hits from a zed is always a good idea, as that prevents infections. Easy.

do the blurred screens stop after a while? I was hit by some zeds and was lagging too much to apply bandages quickly :(

Makes sense, but there should still be some visual clues.  Maybe I just have some bruises.
