I'm no expert but I'd just try other things and if all else failed "Verify game cache files" for Steam and in the end reinstall it if I had to. If you have a friend with DayZ or a computer that can run it, bring your keyboard and use it on their computer. I don't know just a suggestion. HIHBGaming 14 Posted December 26, 2013 Make sure you have the current version of the game or it maybe due to updating to the current test version.
