Are there private hives yet or was there a server wipe today?

Was playing with my friend last night and logged out safely in the forest with him. Today we logged in and we where fresh spawns. just wondering if there was a server wipe or if we where is a private server?

There's only one hive right now. Characters have all been wiped before but they would have said something to us if that had happened. Maybe you just ate too many beans.

Maybe you logged into an experimental server?

 

I haven't had the time to play the last two days, so i don't know if there are experimental servers up right now though.

New servers need time to get connected to the hive. In that time they are seperated. (read that in the forum, not tested myself)
