He already has a Vac ban on record which just showed that he has clearly hacked before and has no life. Here is his steam url feel free to report his faggot ass.. Reports like this aren't productive and do not expedite any action taken against these players. We hate cheaters as much as you do but unless there is some some clear, verifiable and identifiable evidence there isn't much that can be done. For example if someone is streaming a game they are cheating in and can be identified, you can PM a mod and we can pass it on to the devs to deal with.
