ItsJustKfoss 16 Posted December 30, 2013 For me I personally bought it so I could grow with the game and help support a game that is a game changer in the gaming world.
dallas 5195 Posted December 30, 2013 If you played the mod since it's early days, you experienced it coming a long way too. Although I play the standalone for selfish reasons, I honestly play to play and got early access to get early access. I love where the standalone is going and how far it already went. Surely(shirly) there's not a lot to do right now, but the standalone feels like a total different game, it feels like a natural sequel and it reminds me more of ArmA 3 than ArmA 2. lundyhl@gmail.com 4 Posted December 30, 2013 Some good point to purchase the SA : 1) In order to support team2) No more cheat (or at least less cheat)3) No need to do complicate thing to install dayz (like the mod, it needed to install arma 2 combined assault, with beta patch etc..etc...). Now it's very simple to install dayz and keep it up to date.4) Zombies are well designed5) To be happy when a patch is release and add some new features and objects.No. Just no. They walk through walls and they can never ever ever catch you if you jog in a circle. Not that I don't like the SA just saying that the zombies are still terrible. broadside 5 Posted December 31, 2013 The stupidity of some people is baffling. Why reply to a thread if you don't even read the opening post? It gives off the impression you're all 12 year old pump-n-grunts who are too eager to get your jumbled opinions in before anyone else regardless of their relevance. Are you refering to my reply? If you are then, yes I did read the opening post, completely. All I said was 'that's a review' meaning the guy had taken quite a bit of time to put HIS views across.Whether or not I agree or disagree with anything he's said, I didn't state.. Not at all dude, sorry if that didn't come across clear. It was aimed at all the insta-flame responses on the first page.
