Cherno Maximum Prison

I propose that a maximum security prison be placed somewhere on the north east side of the cherno map.

My idea solves a few problems:
1. Would provide some military/police weapons with a logical origin
2. Could provide better restraints for capturing victims(the handcuffs are nearly useless at the moment as they can be broken in just seconds) or provide a base(all the walking dead fans would be jizzing right onto their keyboards)
3. Would provide a reason for people to actually travel to the east side of the map, not very many people do and it really crowds the west and gets repetitive
4. Could also provide tear gas and weapons for mass clearing zombies

Could make for some intense close quarters encounters. Imagine a stand-off between clans fighting over the loot lasting for hours and hours *drool*
