Tactical Vest Ballistic Protection

To the people who started the rumors that the tactical Vest and British DPM vests provide ballistic protection against .45 rounds, I can say with a fair degree of certainty, no. No they do not. And thank you for making me shoot Fluxley square in the chest.

Side note, the .45 round will insta-kill someone when you shoot them in the right breast from 1 foot away, so props to powerful handguns!

Trick was standing by with a saline bag incase it knocked him out, but we figured 'What's the worst that can happen?' Apparently criminal negligence resulting in loss of life is the worst that can happen.. thanks for the beans flux!

As far as I know, The only vest that gives protection, Is a Press vest, Which after taking 5-7 rounds in to chest while wearing one, I survived, after some saline and an epipen..

So Tactical vest and camo vest the same? Because the tactical one looks very similar to a kevlar vest, which is confusing.

The tactical Vest has a big zipper running up the middle of the front, which would defeat and ballistic protection, so I was pretty doubtful about the whole thing. I'm just shocked that it straight up killed him, I thought that worst case he would need saline. Oh well!

Hehehe those two vest provide zero protection. Nice a .45 can take someone out that fast though.

 

 

Also, fun fact, the UK vest is known as the "UKAssVest" :lol:
