Adding loot to apartment buildings

I really want to see some use out of the tall apartment buildings. Currently there is no reason to enter them unless you are going to snipe people. I'd love to be searching a building and run into another survivor on the 5th floor with a small amount of space to maneuver, it could make for interesting encounters

Yeah, I thought I was just having bad luck on the deer stands.  I hopped about 20 servers just trying to see if any of them would spawn loot.

There is loot on multiple floors in the same building yes. Searched one of them tonight and found: 50% water bottle, a few books, a pristine rotten kiwi (wtf?), 7.62 ammo, cooking pot, tuna, and a backpack.

 

Forget when/where but rocket had mentioned that they lowered the chance for loot to spawn in those buildings due to the sheer amount of spawn points possible in one building alone.

Apartment buildings generally have rotton fruit (if lucky) that seems about it. Oh and books.

 

You cant snipe in this game yet, not really anyways.

 

Barn loot? im sure that will come back with the shotgun.

 

There will be more loot when more items appear. if you think about it this way, the developers dont have to spend time organising items for locations, which will soon be obsolete. So just wait, it'll all appear back again.

Yeah, I found pretty much the same sort of stuff but generally, it didn't seem worth it for the time it took versus what it yielded.

In the mod those buildings were great for loot. I figured they would be in SA and I wasted a lot of time looking through all the floors, I've been lucky to find a can of beans in them. Now I just skip them and I'm glad because I fucking hate maneuvering through 100 doorways to search all the rooms.
