UPDATES on Steam

Recommended Posts

Somebody maybe able to answer this directly or maybe one of the Devs or something in Steam I am missing.

As I have Steam running pretty much 24 Hours DayZ updates automatically which is fine. But I cant seem to find an alert that tells me it was updated and then for me to further look what changes took place. I have seen the news item sometimes mentions it in Steam .

Am I missing the bloody obvious and its right in front of me ?

I've been wondering the same. Steam isn't the best when it comes to update history... Best would be to check your build number in the menu and to come here to the forums to check the patch notes

Definitly my favorite. There isn't any way to make steam show the build number with out starting the game, is there?

Not that I know of.

I don't know but you could definitely use your brain and use the search function.  :D

touché. Truth be told : It's exhausting. That's why I'd rather enable a version indicator.

Besides : there is nothing, and I mean absolutly NOTHING wrong with posting when you have not fund your answer withing a reasonable search time. But mostly it's people asking the same question that got asked (and answered) every half hour for the last week. Hence the rage....
