YZ250 248 Posted December 22, 2013 Somebody maybe able to answer this directly or maybe one of the Devs or something in Steam I am missing. As I have Steam running pretty much 24 Hours DayZ updates automatically which is fine. But I cant seem to find an alert that tells me it was updated and then for me to further look what changes took place. I have seen the news item sometimes mentions it in Steam . Am I missing the bloody obvious and its right in front of me ?
Kit - Alpha Six 31 Posted December 22, 2013 It will tell you if an update is required. Also check news on steam for updates.
weparo 613 Posted December 22, 2013 (edited) I've been wondering the same. Steam isn't the best when it comes to update history... Best would be to check your build number in the menu and to come here to the forums to check the patch notes Edited December 22, 2013 by Weparo
inexorable 26 Posted December 22, 2013 (edited) It only record the updates since you launched steam though Edited December 22, 2013 by Inexorable

weparo 613 Posted December 22, 2013 (edited) I don't know but you could definitely use your brain and use the search function. :D touché. Truth be told : It's exhausting. That's why I'd rather enable a version indicator.Besides : there is nothing, and I mean absolutly NOTHING wrong with posting when you have not fund your answer withing a reasonable search time. But mostly it's people asking the same question that got asked (and answered) every half hour for the last week. Hence the rage....
