Fix building glitch or allow easier suicide/respawn

Today my friend fell through a building's floor and got stuck. He got no way to suicide or respawn and he had to wait for starvation or dehydration to get him. He also happened to eat and drink a lot before the incident happened. So, I guess he will be stuck in there for hours.

 

So, if the building glitch can't be fixed any time soon, can we have an easier way to kill ourselves when we get stuck? Thanks.

In some occasions, sprinting and continuously vaulting can get you out of a building. Worked for me both times I was stuck in a building.
