Revolver?

Where i can find revolver? I found only some bullets.

A .45 pistol (which require a magazine, the bullets won't directly load into the gun) is the only handgun currently in-game.

I think because they made it rare people have assumed that it doesn't exist but they did say it was in the last patch. Sometimes they mess that up, though, so who knows.

I was server hopping on the NW airfield and looted it several times completely. No Revolver.

 

I was scavanging with my buddies through several towns and viallages. No Revolver.

 

I was searching in barns, farms and everyhere else. No Revolver.

conclusion: There is no Revolver in 0.30 patch

It is pretty simple: I asked you for proof, you said the patchnotes, they simply aren't because they are sometimes written in error. It happens all the time.

Open cans with knives was bugged, despite being said to be in.

Might be the same thing for revolver, if people could provide screenie of it we would know, but untill then its bugged.

Just because it's in the patchnotes doesn't mean there isn't a problem with the spawns or something.  I've yet to see anyone whose found one, and I've only found .357 ammo once.  I'd like to see someone with some proof of finding it just to know it's working.

Hell ow,

 

AFAIK, it is said that weapons will be rare and that they will not spawn on every server. That means i.e. on 1000 servers, there will be only one thermal weapon . In this case, maybe revolver has rarity of spawning on 200 servers out of 1000, 50 per server. Idk, I am just guessing, but that may be the case and maybe they are just experimenting with rarity %.

 

 

But I am sure revolver is in the game. It is just not on the server you are or on the servers you flipped. And this is I believe how rare will work. Fresh server won't have all DayZ items. Rare items will spawn rare on rare servers.

 

But please, feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

It is in the patch notes and dean hall him self stated it was in game.

 

I have managed to fined just over 60+ .357 rounds, but no revolver as of yet.

Everyone has been finding .357 ammo and no revolver.
Until proven that there is a revolver in-game, there is no revolver, despite patchnotes say.
If a gun is so incredibly rare that no one has found it yet, then what's the point in even mentioning it for casual looting?

Almost certain Dean tweeted something about the revolver spawn being bugged and it'll be fixed in the next patch!

There is a bug. There revolver does not spawn only it's ammo does. It will be fixed in the next update. There was a post about it on Reddit too.
