Possible fix to blurry screens?

Ok after about 6-7 hours of walking around with a friggin blurry screen, I was at my witts end. So, having exhasted all methods to fix my character food, drink, rest and foot massage(don't ask) I went into the settings and started to play around.

 

Tried all sorts, but nothing was working until, I moved the rotation blur slider. Instantly the blurry screen was gone, even moving the slider back to the original position the blurry effect wouldn't return.

 

So, my theory as to why the blurry screen doesn't go away. 

 

When you take damage from an incoming attack, the game makes your screen blurry for a second to imitate shock, but it never recovers from this state and so the endless screen of a drunken night out under the influence of massive drink and drugs(never do drugs, kids) begins.

 

Anyway, I hope this fixes it for the rest of you guys.

I found rotation blur(motion blur) in day 1 and burned it with fire.
