Military loot spawns. Either the airfields or any military buildings. They come in blue, black, green and dark blue colors. (maybe more, but haven't seen others yet)

They come in red as well

In few minutes i found 2 Mosin rifles, 1 M4 and 1 shotgun, all that in 50 meter radius, right in this city!
