My first banditry and questions ???

So my first taste of being a bandit happened the other day when i was the best equipped i had ever been with an axe and a mosin rifle so here is the story.

 

I was raiding some houses in the largest city when i heard a noise behind me. I turned around to see a person standing behind me, surprised i readied my axe for the swing but i heard a man shouting friendly down the microphone so i approached him carefully.

 

To my amazement i heard the man asking me for some spare stuff, i replied as a friendly person would 'so what kind of stuff are you looking for, weapons'. I could tell his face lit up and he says 'Yes please'. It was at this moment i proceeded to bury my axe in his face, with one blow the man lay dying before me.

 

Staring at his lifeless dead body i started feeling extremely guilty because i could tell the player was brand new, i imagined myself in his shoes and started regretting my murderous decision but i remembered the forum and the one cardinal rule, trust no one, his fault not mine.

 

Anyway the question i wanted to ask is where are the military bases on this game and what is the best way to find them?????.

Also is it me or is the loot not random enough meaning that new players will never find the good stuff where as old players from the mod will know exactly where to go to get all the good stuff straight away and then proceed to murder all the noobs for fun, that seems a little bit unfair to me so why keep the spawns in the same place ???

Most of the old high value spawn still exist like northwest airfield and also balota, but there are some more on the map. I'm sure someone here will help you with other spawns

Balota??? where is that and im on the way to the airport, it just seems if people are logging out and logging onto an empty server to get armed up to the teeth why shouldnt i do the same.

It was you i killed wasnt it, thats why your acting like you have a ten inch xxxxx up your backside. Dont worry i have found a group and i know the routine to get well equipped now and no i wont uninstall because a five year old child told me to over the internet.

Btw if you read the post properly i am brand new to this game aswell, any form of it. Only started playing 3 days ago so me killing another new player with an axe is a far cry from waiting outside popular buildings sniping fresh spawns.

Okay. You just got your kicks out of 'burying your axe' in a newspawns face, and putting your little story up here on the forum.

Yet 'it seems a little unfair to you' that older, more experienced players might be able to get geared up easier than you and kill all the new players.

A new player killing a new player with a common axe and a veteran fully geared up with combat vest, helmet, fully loaded guns and probably several people spawn killing on the south coast is hardly the same thing and you know it. It's exactly the same thing. That player was defenseless.. Same as you would be if you were armed with an axe vs. a fully geared up vet with automatic weapons.

My post was not a simple question of fully armed vet and noob killing fresh spawn which you have tried to turn it into to defend your pathetic attempt at arguing. my OP was talking about the issue of finding the good equipment, new players not knowing where it is and veterans using the equipment that they know how to find to kill newly spawned players. Two massive differences so give up your arguments. They are becoming ridiculous and as your last post has just proved you don't understand the context of the original post and that is why you can not make any sort of reply that actually addresses the issue i brought up instead it is just garbage responses and pure douchebaggery.

Military loot spawns at military places. Anywhere that seems like it has 60s tech or higher is probably military and you may just find something of interest there.

 

 

Your OP implied you're not new, what with burying an axe in his face and feeling regret because you imagined if you were new too...

You know how to give a weapon to someone you're unfamiliar with that isn't a dick? Tell them to stand still.

 

Tell them you'll drop it 100m (or whatever you're comfortable with) away and you'll signal them by wagging (Q and E).

 

Go 100m away and drop the weapon, like an axe or bat.

 

Wag. Then go on your merry way.

 

 

You can always decline to help someone just as well, no need start the game off trying to be some swag bandit. You'll find that a lot of people who know their shit will give you a chance and can tell when you're trying something, like walking up to them within melee distance. Then you're on the receiving end of a Mosin or they just mess with you to get you good 'n lost.
