FPS drop/freeze when playing

Hi,

 

I have an issue when playing, i got a huge fps drop for like 1/2 second then it come back to normal. When it appears my fps drops to like near 5 fps or something then go back to normal, its really quick but its annoying for the gameplay.

 

I've tried a lot of different settings on video options and this fps freeze appears again.

 

I notice that i didnt have this on the very 1st release, before any patch.

 

And my specs are pretty decent i think so it's not a GPU problem (im on i5 3570k / GTX 670 2 Gb / 8 gb RAM / Win 7 64 bits)

 

any idea to fix this  ?

I have this problem after the latest patch in SOME servers. It only lasted a minute or so after I first join the server though.
