Sleeves could be cut off with an axe, knife, etc. :>

I actually like the idea,i was issued theese things

along with my primary gear back in the army service.

Every soldier was required to carry 1 and they actually worked

preety well against rain,theese things were also durable as hell (millitary specs).

Ponchos would be rad, no need for pockets or anything, its just something that goes over your shirt or jacket or whatever.  As far as problems with the models going over each other, they should just make the top model lay flat so theres no clipping, I don't know how hard that is to do because I know nothing about this shit, but I would think thats what you'd want to do
