Corrupted data detected Error NEED HELP

Hey I just got DayZ standalone on steam and when I first launched it, I get an error saying Addon "dayz_anim" requires addon "CAData". Then I click Ok and it comes up with dayz fullscreen mode with a black screen then after a few seconds it shuts and says Corrupted Data Detected. Please help me I am so confused. Have you checked the version of the server you try to connect to and the version of DayZ that is displayed on the mainscreen?

after deinstall, delete your directories of dayz in the "Steam/common" directorie.
