I'm literally dead but i don't die..

I am bleeding, everything is red (hunger, thirst, ...) and i am running around (double w) for 40 minutes and i am still not dead ...

is there a possibility do kill themself ?

You are going to remain alive until you can find a means of leaping suicidefully from a building, being a zombie's lunch, or getting put-out-of-your-misery-ed by another player.
If you ever go unconscious, though, you will have the option to respawn. So keep that in mind.
