flashstep 10 Posted December 20, 2013 Seconded. Get off the coast. Played DayZ for the first time yesterday and remembered reading this and just ran as far away from the coast as possible, I ended up being almost fully geared in about 3 hours of play time, plenty of food, water, clothes, millitary gear, guns and ammo.
