Passed out after joining a server?

I joined a server and this happened out of nowhere, just spawned like that (attachment).

Happens when you log out when you are in shock.

EDIT: Ah, speedy bastard already replied. ;)

This was probably caused by you logging out with the "Shock" status effect active. You most likely passed out as soon as you joined and the only solution is to wait it out.

Next time simply wait until your character calms down before you disconnect from the server. :)

Nope, wasnt suffering from shock, last time I was in game I've been kicked due ping while calmly walking in the woods, I joined another server an hour later and I was like WTFFF.

Perhaps a zombie or bandit knocked you unconscious before you actually despawned?

There's not much you can do about it except disconnect in an isolated, enclosed area, free of both zombies and players.

I'm having a similar bug for about two days now. Whenever I log in on my 'main' server, I always spawn unconscious. No matter what I did before logging out, but when I log on a different server I'm all good.

For the record I'm having the issues with LU2 server.

I got ping kicked too once, and when I logged back in I was bleeding and shaking like crazy. Had no status effect when getting kicked, it's just a bug I guess.

I did the ugly server jump once when a zed refused to give the chase (me in safety on roof), tried to wait him out fir ten minutes before the hop....

Upon entering next server, big timer, major loss of blood... Made me jump server again thinking it was bug..

Timer restarted, but i had not enough blood.

Conclusion: Secret anti-dc-to-save-life experiment

Today I was looting my first deer stand ever, and was like WOW, REALLY, an M4A1? Damn, I must be a lucky bastard I thought. Then got a call, laid down and had to log out for approx. 10 minutes.

Then joined another server, as I couldn't remember first server's name. I spawned, got up on my feet again, suddenly out of nowhere a zombie spawned 2m left of the deer stand and insta-aggro'd at me. This happened within 5 secs after logging in, causing me to panic-logout again, although I don't consider logging out to avoid danger usually. As far as I was concerned the zed didn't hit me before I disconnected.

Joined next server, then something weird happened. My friend and me, laying down next to each other, both died on logging in. We couldn't even see why, but afterwards found ourself in debug woods with not a tiny amount of others players being there.

Left the server, to report it was Atlanta 17 killing us on login, we lost a Makarov, an M4A1, lots of medic equip, really good amounts of food and more. After all we just lol'ed.. but also being a bit disappointed, thats just normal I guess. Took us 5 minutes to decide for a fresh start as we understood rule #1 in Chernarus: "Don't get too attached to your gear."

Maybe in the future it will be possible not to lose it because of these strange bugs, I'm not complaining, just saying that once there will be no or at least quite less unpredictable deaths this game will be even more amazing.

if this is a anti-dc-to-save-life experiment it is pure crap! ...i loged out in a store (no aggro PVE or PVP!) 2h later i logged in and passed you ...a little fu...ng idiot comes in and start to shoot at me ... the most player i this community are just assholes ... its so sad ...
