Keep on improving the health system. If the main challenge to this is going to be surviving I want to know exactly how I am doing. I don't want vague representations, I want as much info as possible. 

 

Maybe fix some loot issues, I hear that it isn't spawning correctly? I searched the gigantic apartment complex outside of cherno and found nothing but a med kit after searching several huge buildings. 

 

The last patch made it much more enjoyable for me, over all I am having a great time just running around and exploring. Thankful I don't seem to have to worry about exhaustion any more.
