When Im trying to join a server there is just a error code : Confirmation of Changes .. 

What does it means ??? help please

 If you start at the top of the list and double click each server, despite them saying 40/40 or whatever, usually one will let you in. I've managed to get in within 6 or 7 tries.

That's just because you're pretty lucky to be able to join in the second someone else disconnects. It's a good method, keep trying and it will eventually work.

It means that the game is in Alpher.

 

I've had some of them too. Just join different servers until one of them lets you in :)

i tried it about 45 minutes the last two days and i wasnt able to join

Can confirm. The Admin CP shows 230% (92/40) people are connected and I myself can't seem to be able to join any servers.
