Unconcious forever - are there even epi-pens?

i crumbled through alot of hospitals on different servers came up with like 10 first aid kits but did not find a single epi-pen to get my friend back concious..

 

also if you fall unconcious, does it last forever? seems like it does :S

I've found epi-pens during testing, so I believe so.

Also check to see if the Respawn option is available when you are unconscious.

I haven't really had the chance to play since the game went live so I am assuming that things have not changed.
