Stuck in a wall... can't force respawn

So what do I do in this situation? Im stuck in a building wall... I cant move... I can't hop out... and i respawn is greyed out. So now what?

Apparently the lower your framerate the more chance you have of glitching through the wall, so try setting all your graphics settings to max and maybe even running other programs in the background then run at the wall spamming V, might just be able to glitch out again.

Had the same problem in Cherno. Try running towards a wall and press v. Worked for me: I jumped through the wall again into the open...

I was stuck in a building last night. This worked for me. In documents/dayz you should find a 'yoursteamname.cfg' Delete it. When I came back into the game I was about 150m from my last location. Not sure if that was coincidence or not.
