Bought Game, Now What? No servers...

Just bought the game, downloaded and ran. Tried to play but theres literally 0 servers.
Do I need something else to find servers? Or is it just wait until someone makes one?
Would of thunk there would be some default servers otherwise I wouldn't have just threw $30 out the window for something that is literally unplayable right now.

Thousends of servers. Press up left side, on internet or something like that.

Also make sure to set your ping properly (0 shoud give you any server available, even with 900 ping)
