My first thoughts.

Improvements

 

-More enter-able buildings.

-Better inventory system

-A lot more room (No more 6 slot backpacks)

-The flashlight isn't retarded anymore

-The clothes (Loved the dallas mask, was pretty creepy)

-Zombies are a lot smoother and aren't very twitchy if any.

-Not nearly as clunky right now

-Graphics seem to have improved a lot.

-Turning clothes into bandages (Fucking outstanding)

-Weapon attachments (Cept melee doesn't work yet) Bayonets etc.

 

My current dislikes about the current state of the alpha.

 

-Melee combat seems fairly glitchy right now (Obviously expected to be improved)

-The lack of firearms. I've been playing for about 5 hours and I've found 1 gun but I logged off for a break and my character reset. I feel like civilian weapons should be a bit more common. (Old hunting rifles, .22's, bows/crossbows, shotguns, 9mm pistols, etc) While military high end guns need to be almost non existent.

-The fact that it's been night time for the past 6 hours is starting to give me a bit of a headache

-The fact that you need to eat/drink every 3 minutes. (Obviously bugged and will be improved obviously)

-Getting knocked out for 30-45 minutes. I can understand maybe for a few minutes but that amount of time is just bad for gameplay. I don't think I've ever met a person who wanted to play the "Unconscious game" I'd imagine it's currently a bug.

 

I'd imagine the rarity of guns probably has to do with the fact theres only 3 guns in the game so far.

I definetly agree with your pros, I also severely agree with the con of the knockout time, it's just unreasonable :P but I can guarentee that one will be gone in a few weeks or so, as it is in alpha and everything is subject to change.

I agree with most of that.

Also, client FPS could be better. Hopefully they manage to optimize it to run quite a bit better. I guess the good thing is that they haven't worked on that much so far so there is room for improvement.

To be honest, I expected a crash fest on release day but haven't had the game to lock up or crash even once. So yeah, that's good. There are bugs for sure, such as loot disappearing into ground right in front of me. There's probably more loot around than there appears to be due to glitches like these but that kind of stuff will get ironed out with time for sure.

I agree with most of that.

i've had a couple issues with crashing but it was due to alt tabbing for the most part.

 

I need to take a break from the game. Playing for 6 hours while trying to learn the new game with it being night time is proving to be a headache.

I like the rarity of guns (haven't found one)... however, i do agree that some casual civ weapons would be nice (and yes, i'll gladly wait a few weeks for them)

 

I can't wait for crafting to be further developed.. I had a bat, some duct tape and a knife...was thinking a knife bat would be pretty intimidating for some robberies.

 

As for the daylight (or lack of) I think that a 2x or 4x realtime would be nice.. that way you're forced to learn both schedules, for their advantages and disadvantages.

Yea I need to take a break cause of the night time. My biggest thing is the lack of loot. I have a pistol and some ammo but no mags for it.

I've been looking for a backpack in like 25 buildings and nothing. I feel like you need to spawn in on server restart or forget about it.

My main thing I'd like atm is more zeds. I see them in towns but they just stand there and honestly they are easy to avoid so its like they aren't in game atm. So atm I'm just exploring the map and looking at all the new buildings and trying to figure out the new loot/crafting.
