Rocket said most should not buy SA right away because it will be chaotic. The next time I'll be able to do any playing is Friday. Should I buy the SA then, or wait longer?

Wait, if it's the bugs that worry you. It won't change in any significant way before friday, Rocket is working with a bit longer schedule than that.

When the 'Don't buy this!' message has gone from the Steam page, then you know something has changed.

Doesn't really make a difference if you buy it now or later. However - if you wait too long the price will go up eventually.
