Hello guys im new here and was just wondering is it any blood transfer bug in the game? Cause i was playing on a PvE server PVP aint allowed there thank god. Yeah i was in a fight with zombie for two days ago and got shotted by an other guy. I lucky i saved my life to get away and disconnect for the day (it was an other server). Then now today i logged in to the PvE server and found a guy and asked for a blood transfer he helpt me i gave him all the items he needed. But like 2min later i falled in this unconcious. I have eated/drink also but some min after i got that i was hungry but that was before the blood transfer.

If you have a bloodbag you can get someone to take your blood out then put it back in you when you go unconcious. It worked for my friend.

Got unconsius from food poisining. Once I had food poisining in real life. Vometing and drinking alot of water and sleep (perhaps you should be able to do that in the game). I was cured afterworth. No coaltablets or any of that shit. just water and sleep. Works as a sharm :) If you don´t belive me try it in real life. you won´t be unconius in 40-50 years like snowwhite :D

Currently this was an amalgamation of bugs and intended features, so I shall explain the system.

In the implementation as of our next patch,

If you receive injuries that take you below 500 blood you will fall unconscious. You will stay unconscious if you have less than 500 blood until you have over 500 blood.
That can be achieved by;
 - Having a friend give you a blood or saline bag.
 - Getting a friend to administer a shock via the defibrillator item.
 - An ally using an epinephrine auto-injector on you.

These will then remove you from that unconscious state.

It is also possible to be become unconscious when your shock value (being hit in or around the head is the best way to increase this value), is greater than your blood amount. However the shock value decreases over time so you will regain consciousness when this happens.

Hopefully this fully explains the situation.

Guys, there are several causes that can cause unconsciousness. 

 

One of them is blood loss.. if you keep bleeding, keep bandaging but not actually healing (aka replenishing blood) then at the end a single scratch can cause you to fall under the unconscious limit and you pas out. WHILE BLEEDING. All your blood will drain and you will never wake up unless bandaged and have a mate put an IV line into you (Saline or Blood).

 

Another way is to have your SHOCK value higher then your blood lvl...So the less blood you have the easier it takes to get into this (and the longer it takes to get out?). If a zombie hit does this to you you're pretty much in situation 1 as he will keep pounding till you die most likely.

 

If you are dehydrated or starving you're blood-level ALSO drop, again like situation 1 this can only be fixed by a buddy and its worse because if you run out of blood you start running out of health also\faster.

 

So the ONLY type of Unconsciousness i know off that you automatically revive from is the SHOCK one, (a blow to the head can cause this even on full health characters). Any other kind is GAME OVER if you don't get help. I haven't experienced the "random" falling unconscious thing myself but i'd guess that is either a bug on the falling unconscious part OR you don't get any feedback that you're starving/dehydrating or bleeding and that causes unconsciousness.

GOD just what the hell is the time limit on unconscious? is it infinite?! I hope not.

 

In other words, a dude shot me but he didn't finish me off after some talking. He did not have anything to revive me with, though, so he logged off eventually. Now I've been unconscious for about 30minutes. Is it worth waiting? I mean, is there any time limit or not!?

At the moment in the SA there are 2 ways you can get unconscious shock (hit from zombie, took an arrow to the knee etc.)

 

or you can get unconscious from blood loss. Once you have lost enough blood to hit 500 you are unconscious and you aren't coming back unless you get your blood back. The only ways to do this is getting a blood bag/saline bag or if you are in a healthy status you can wait till your blood regenerates you get 1 blood per second in slow regeneration and 3 blood for slow regeneration.
