Help no one can connect to my server

Alright so i own a server from HFBservers And i installed dayz epoch and battle eye started my server and went to connect to my server and i CANNOT connect it says WAIT FOR HOST and stays there ive tried #missions that dont work ive tried configering the battle eye settings it didnt work ive tried uninstalling my dayz epoch and battle eye on server and on my client and still doesnt work ive tried useing Rmod still doesnt work and its starting to really make me mad that i spent 20 dollars on a server that i cannot even use ive sent in surrport tickets and its been 8 hours and still havent answered me and im starting to just wanna flip so if any of u know how to fix the WAIT FOR HOST issue please explain in full detail but i beilive it is a server side issue snice no one can join either my friends have tried to join to same problem

Make sure you have port forwarded correctly.

its not a matter of being port forwarded  let me explain this more into detail I bought the server already setup so i didnt have to deal with the hassle which means all i had to do was click a button to install the modpack which i did and i get wait for host when i try going on my server and so does other people

Have you edited your Mission/server .pbos? and could you by any chance have made an error or typoed somewhere in the process?

 

 

If so, possibly try reinstalling your server files (they must have a button to wipe everything, lol) to make sure you have the default unedited server/mission .pbos. 

 

If your server is still broke after that, your best bet is to notify your server host about it.

Unfortunately HFB is lack luster in it's support, ended up shutting down a server because of it. Anyway, make sure that the mod you're installing is updated to the current version. Look under the "Updates" button in the control panel. If you're trying to connect with an updated Epoch client to a non updated Epoch server it will give you a "Wait for Host" error. I give Epoch as an example and will happen even with Vanilla. Hope this helps.
