Running low fps might upgrade computer, any suggestions?

Okay so i bought Arma2 and got the Dayz mod for the game been playing it for a few weeks now and i run id say about 20-30 fps on the start of the game. But about 30+ mins in my fps starts to drop and i just get stuck at 8-10 fps and its just horrible so i was thinking about upgrading my ram or processor. But i'm not sure what i would need exactly to make my game run better and also i have tried all the youtube stuff on tweaking and messing with the in game advanced video settings, and adding in all the lanch parameters and changing the GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1; GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1; both to 1.

I am playing on a Acer Aspire M3470G

 

-Processor- AMD A6-3620 APU 2.20 GHz

-Quad Core

-Memory (RAM) - 4.0GB DDR3 SDRAM

-Windows 7 64 -bit operating system

-Graphics card - AMD Radeon HD 6530D

-Power Supply - 300 watts

I don't have the money to buy a new pc, Any idea of what i would need to add to my computer now to make it run better?

what graphic card you got. i reccomend a good cpu for dayz like an intel i5 4760k and a gtx 660, 8 gigs of ram and an ssd card

ok you need a 7 series if your not upgrading your cpu i reccomned the 7850 or higher

I will upgrade either or both I just need suggestions on what people think i should do or if i need more RAM or a better Processor or both. If i were to get a processor and RAM what would you recommend and or graphics card?

get a quad cor processor like i7 s550 or higher and 8 gigs of ram or higher an a gtx 660 or radeon 7850 or higher and if you have money a 120gb ssd

hey i been running some tests on my server, can you come by and see how many fps you get here?
