You won't be able to achieve anything with 4 GB of RAM.

 

Other than that your best bet is to post in here.

Yes you could, arma doesn't take advantage of all of ones RAM. However, 8gb would be a much better idea.

 

 

But the rest of your specs seem a little weak.

My laptop has 4GB, and I get 30 FPS (20~ in cities)

I was talking more in general if running on a 64 bit in general. I have 8 GB and reach around 70-80% on a normal day.

 

ARMA itself doesn't really care about RAM - I know. It was a suggestions based on whether he wants to use his computer in the future.

 

Noone would buy a new system these days with just 4 GB of RAM.
