"Slow" crawling doesn't work?

Hi All,

 

I've found that randomly I won't be able to "slow" crawl. I hit "Z" to lay down, start moving forward, hold the left shift key, and instead of crawling more slow, I crawl at the same speed. I've checked my controls, tried logging out and back in, but nothing seems to fix other than it will randomly start "working" again.

 

Has anyone else noticed this? It basically kills my chances of being able to crawl around zombies because the normal "fast" crawling alerts them to my location..

in Epoch this has been off and on for me as well. Ive found sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

 

even fast crawling still only bumps your visibility to 1, and sound I believe is 0. So unless you're VERY close and in their line of sight, regular crawl shouldn't attract them.

I dont slow crawl much but dont you have to double tap shift? Like when you want to walk?

It works off and on.

slow crawling works with your rifle in hand, but not with pistol or unarmed
