I logged out a click northwest of Stary and logged in in Stary.  I logged out near the southern barracks at the NWAF and I log in in the northeast corner.  Any ideas?

Are you on the same server? If so, an admin probably edited your coordinates in the database. This could be because of a rollback while you weren't on, but I would check with an administrator on that server.

Aside from the ideas suggested above, there is a possibility that your CD key has been stolen, and people have been playing with it while you're offline.
