How do you add Custom Vehicle Spawns and Buildings on a Official Hive server? i have been trying to figure this out. i noticed that US 659 has a barracks at bolota and is still official. if you can help please do.

You can, but you mustn't. I will not explain how to as this will possibly get you a blacklisted server which isn't connected to publichive anymore.

You could add the building sqf files into your mission pbo which you should be able to update on whatever host you are with, whether it's on the official hive or not shouldn't matter.    There are multiple threads on several forums on how to do this, along with many sqf files with building packs.  There are no rules against adding custom stuff (AI, self-blood, buildings) in a official hive server.
