How the hell do you hold your breath with a DMR?

I have the DMR when I zoom in the crossair wobbles, but how do you hold your breath? It's not staying still, does anyone know why? it's under hold breath in the control settings right? sorry im kinda new to this game but this is frustrating me to bits :(

really appreciated if anyome can help ;(

Have you been running for a while? Do you need pain killers?

Press Z to prone and wait a little while for your character to catch his breath, then zoom in and aim.
