When a good plan goes to shit

While it may have seemed like a good idea at the start, it quickly went south for me. I was looting the Beree=zino industrial, and I was on high alert after hearing G17 rounds near Khelm. Then, I hear a heli approaching. What went from observation turned into a full fledge ambush.

As you can see, things go south pretty fast after I catch agro(how I did, I will never know). It was a fun ten minutes, and I needed a good dose of action to enhance my otherwise stagnant day of DayZ.

lol, I know. I raged pretty hard, I might have gotten out alive if he hadn't seen me.

we are so used to avoid them that we forget how big their impact is on firefights..the problem there was the mixture between bushes and urban action.. big open distances to cover to flank, but WITH infected..not an easy situation at all.

I'm much better at stealth and ambush than straight up firefights. My aim is pretty subpar, and I had to choose between the Mi17 or the guys at the little bird. I should have tried to go around Khelm, then ambush them from the Northern treeline.
