Paddy1991 1 Posted June 20, 2012 Thank you for the nice compliment man appreciated :), and yeah we know unfortunately we are sorta tied to that server for the main reason we found a helicopter on it so if we had the choice of this being on a different server e.g vet server we would definitely choose it. Paddy1991 1 Posted June 20, 2012 The footage is actually recorded over 2 days and 1 is on our current server and another is on another server when our server was down and offline. So there is a mix of both vet and reg footage in there and if you look closely in 1080p you can see the names/distance doesn't show on some of the guys in the video but on some other clips they do show :). Very suspicious[/quote']The helicopter actually can land on the international hotel and that is how we got up. We also have a tent camp set up which we accessed right before getting in the chopper. Sinaz20 0 Posted June 20, 2012 Eventually I'll kit up and go bandit/griefer hunting around the cities...I've begun to take notice of common sniper perches and have managed to come across well kitted snipers while I lacked the gear to take them down... I got a lot of satisfaction, though, shooting my mak up at two ghillied guys on the Vystok radio tower... just wish at the time I had something high powered and accurate... nice thing is, I can aim up at it better then they can aim down from. You can't shoot anyone on top of this radio tower, because there are invisible walls and floor on the top platform. Snipers can't shoot in prone position either while standing on top. They have to stand up to be able to shoot, and you have to climb up to shoot them.I killed two snipers on top of Cherno silo from this platform once. One of them tried to fire back at me, but the invisible wall at the railing protected me. Half an hour later some guy tried to shoot me from below, with same results. Yes we were dropped off by our Heli that we worked for and grind-ed all the parts for it for quite a few hours so not sure whats so "wow" about that.And for the competition part it was competition we were on skype and suggested hmmm want to jump onto a server and see how many kills we can get and COMPETE against each other = competition my friend between me and my mate. Oh and also where did I say it was "SKILL COMPETITION* VIDEO"???? I didn't so no need to get all butt hurt and shit over it, it was merely for entertainment purposes.Cheers Paddy :). They just run, crouch, and crawl in the open with no cover and then wonder why they end up dead. I love taking out cherno snipers, it's one of the most fun things to do in this game.I will say that playing on a tags-on server is for scrubs though. That goes for the survivors as well though, at least these guys have the excuse that they have a heli on the server. Paddy1991 1 Posted June 20, 2012 lol if you want to know why I have 0 kills etc.... it's actually quite funny we were landing there and I rambo jumped out the chopper thinkin we had landed and i hit the floor hard and died so my mates came picked me back up on the chopper and got my gear back :) thats why I have no kills or anything happy :) ?
