Medical Treatment and Effects on Hydration

Recommended Posts

I know Rocket is attempting to make this new game as realistic as possible, and has stated he will be implementing various "wear down over time" features. With that being said, in the real world I know the use of various painkillers and antibiotics require a great deal of water from the body to work properly or there can be unwanted side effects. My suggestion is in the event of using painkillers or antibiotics, there is an increase for a duration of time, in the rate at which a player needs to rehydrate.

I agree with this suggestion.

Also, some kind of an effect should commence if you take to much medicine or morphine, ect. E.g. too many painkillers; OD and pass-out. Too much morphine; death.

taking morphine should definitely effect basic ability/mobility alot more for sure.. and i agree with most the other med ideas.. you should have to treat them with respect when considering use

Is he also making wound healing a bit more realistic? Like non instant healing and healing time depending on a wound? A leg shredded by a bullet should take longer than when you cut yourself while cooking beans and slicing veggies for it.
