Cigs are also a big give away out field. IIRC alot of Americans were killed when they stepped outside their tents to have a fag in Vietnam by snipers. Also IIRC the Aussies just smoked inside.

The stories of people lighting each others cigs and when the match is up to their face boom, no more face :( scary shit

OT:

 

I would love to find cigs for the immersion factor.  Smoking would be common in the apocalypse as long as cigs could be found.   

 

tea and coffee would be a nice drink to find and could be fun to add also.  

 

 

 

Also alcohol should be lootable.  I believe alcohol should be a rare find and it should effect the player's movement.

Cigs shouldn't have an effect unless you smoke a pack a day for 365 days in which you incur a stamina penalty of -5% and your character loses 2 dexerity and 1 intellegence.

I would really like to see a guitar, and some a card table where you can play cards at. I would REALLY love just taking a break from killing, and having fun with some mates. Would really let up on KoS'ing too! :D In a way haha.

I have a perfect solution that can make everyone on this thread happy.

 

Similar to survivors spawning with random blood type, survivor should spawn with a random set of hobbies, some survivors would have bad habbits, and by doing the things your character likes to do, the pleasure meter, which has no influnece to the actual gameplay, would go up.

 

@Terrorviktor Was right, this might be toward the direction of having things to do when staying put, at a camp or somewhere.
