Not at chance, I'm afraid. It might be able to launch the SA, but you'd be able to draw frames faster by hand.

Sorry for being flippant.

Your PC will not run the DayZ SA at anything near a playable frame rate.

Hey, i'm also wondering if I can run the SA. Dayz Mod currently runs quite poor, usually around 5-10 fps.

RAM:* 4GB DDR3 700Mhz
SSD? (Yes/No) No
HDD: (1) Segate - ST3500418AS ATA Device

Motherboard: FOXCONN A6GMV

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

Thank you.

Desktop or Laptop? Laptop

OS: Windnows 7 Premium
Monitor Resolution? 1366 x 768
CPU: Intel core i5-460M 2.53GHz
Graphics Card: Intel GMA HD graphics

Ram:8GB
SSD? No

Note: I can run L4D2 on max settings and contagion on max settings. "Can you run it" says I fail for all hree games because of the VRam. On DayZ the video card fails because I only have 128mb of VRam when I need 512mb and everything else is Good. Would I be able to run DayZ Standalone?

Should run it as best as it can run, for comparison i have a i5 3570, and a HD7850  and run the game fine (~20-30 fps in cities and above 40 elsewhere).

Both your CPU and graphics card.

Honestly, your whole PC needs upgrading to play any current games.

EDIT: nvm, was meant for DayZ SA.

Hi, I'm considering to buy/build a gaming pc, one of current main reasons being DayZ. Here's the set-up I'm thinking of:

Desktop or laptop? Desktop
Monitor resolution: 1920 x 1080
CPU: Intel Core i5 3350p 3,1Ghz
Graphics card: MSI N660 2GD5/OC
RAM: Kingston HyperX Genesis DDR3 1600Mhz 2 x 4 GB
SSD? Yes, Kingston SSDNow v300

I'm trying to go as low-budget as possible, while also aiming for very good graphics for DayZ. I don't play games like Battlefield or Call of Duty though. If there are areas in this configuration where I can go for a cheaper alternative, I would happily learn about it.

CPU: AMD Phenom 9650 Quad-Core

Graphic card: ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics

RAM: 7.9

Can I run the game without much lag, and if not, what exactly isn't enough to handle it? I'd like to only have to replace one or two things.

Hi, these are my specs for my PC, I'm getting DayZ Standalone tommorow and was hoping some of you guys knew whether I could play it reasonably well. I'm not looking for 60 fps at Ultra or anything, but I don't want to have noticeable lag. To be honest, medium settings at 20-30 fps is good enough for me! Also, I know this is a DayZ thread but I was wondering if anyone knew whether my PC could run battlefield 4 at low to medium settings with mediocre fps as I'm getting it for Christmas :D

Thanks in advance!

I'm sure my computer would be capable of running it, I'm just wanting to make sure it would get decent FPS(preferably at max/near max graphics)

Hey all, what will be my fps with this configuration:

Acer Aspire 5553g
AMD Phenom II x4 N950 2.1 ghz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 - 2gb
8 GB ram

I bought Arma 2 and Arma OA but could only run it on 15-20 fps (unplayable). I don't wanna waste my money again so guys help me please :)

As of now the DayZ game runs about the same as the mod, in terms of FPS. However it looks better and seems to be more fluid. If the mod was truly unplayable for you it is unlikely the DayZ alpha in its current state will perform any better. I suggest either assembling your own DayZ worthy desktop or buying one, if not you could wait and see if the game becomes more optimized.
