Skypill 399 Posted August 4, 2013 Damn u were right, from 60 fps on Arma 2 we went down on 15 fps on Dayz, thats too bad. Is there anything I can do to play this smoothly? Or I've wasted 20e? :/Just optimize it. Lower everything to the lowest settings and turn your res down to about 800x600 and you may get more fps.

Mobo: GA-970a ds3Cpu: AMD FX 6300Gpu: Radeon hd 7770 ghz edition650psuWhat fps n what settings?? ARMA can be a bit temperamental with AMD hardware, so it's hard to judge FPS but you should be able to run fine on 'high' settings.

Mos1ey 6301 Posted August 5, 2013 (edited) That looks fine, it's a pretty well rounded system. Will take DayZ mod nicely on high-very high settings. Edited August 5, 2013 by mZLY

Death_Dealer 3155 Posted August 6, 2013 also if I was going to buy an ssd, would I have to buy another SATA cable as the motherboard only comes with two? If you have an optical drive in your system too, then yes. One for the optical drive, one for the hard drive, and one for the SSD. You don't need an SSD though, a standard hard drive will do you fine.

Skypill 399 Posted August 7, 2013 Great rig. But id reccomend getting an ati radeon 7770 or a 7790 as they both outperform the gtx 650But that rig currently will run it at high settings around 30 fps

ocelot07 60 Posted August 7, 2013 Can I run dayZ on medium settings with a AMD A10 6800K 4.1GHz processor and the Integrated AMD radeon 8670D graphics card? I would say yes but I am unsure about it on medium. Low it will be fine but medium maybe with around 30 fps but that is just a guess. I would personally buy a cheap graphics card to go with it like a 7770 or 7790.
