Hey guys, are the dayzero buildings gonna be implemented into the regular mod? i think a lot of people would love that :)

They are not.

 

You will have to play DayZero if you want those "enterable buildings".

its all about the SA these days sonny and apparently most of the buildings will be enter-able you will see this in action if we ever get to play it.FARKN
