Hey Everyone! I have just recently moved...Just got some new internet up and going. :D  Been a two weeks since I was last playing. My character has spent the last few days roaming about in the northern parts of the map having a GREAT time, surviving by tent raiding and straight up killing zombies. I avoid player confrontation at all costs if I can.

 

I was going on Day 19 having a good time...running near Skalka I was tired and had no liquids left...2 cans of food. I was creeping on the barn near there waiting for some zombies to make their way around the side of the building where I was situated. When this bus with four passengers comes motoring down the road. I had clear shots with the M40a3 to take out the tires to disable the bus but I couldn't do such a dick move to a bunch of possible friendies. I shouted over side chat I could hop a ride...I got a yes.

 

EXCITED I darted out from my sneaky bush and make my way to the bus next thing you know she starts pulling away as soon as I get close and the little bandit douche jumps out and blasts me into next week.

 

So I shall try out the Bandit scene.

 

I don't mind losing full gear its the driving away cause "we don't wanna get satcheled" part. I'm sorry. but do I look like a @#!% hacker to you desperate for a ride running to you for help? No wonder why little skid bitches hack.

When you get some more advanced skills you should try being a medic.  one time I ask #1 top dayz medic group for assist :o whole clan is show fear and refuse my request, advance skill for this guys is hide from KoS :P

I tried to medic scene turns out people just want you to deliver them you equipment...I tried more than once of course! It just urks me when some fresh bambi gripes about a bloodbag then pops you after the animation is done. I keep my uber-medic skills to BF3...It just seems more appreciated there...

 

Heres another quick read...

 

I went to go check my tent on my usual server only to notice its completely empty...I logged out went and made a cup of coffee. Fired up Ol' DayZ Commander accidentally loaded up the server right next to my usual one. Frantically looking for my tent I spot a dumbass clone not 30 feet from my tents location...Must of logged in a hurry... Go and check his gear. Low and freaking behold. This guy had everything that came from my tent down to Czech Backpack with my DMR and Soldier clothes and camo clothes. Yeah I took that all back. Now here I am fully geared and ready for action yet again. I juts think of how did I luck out and come across some fag that just cleaned out my tent and I logged in and came across him before a restart. What Luck I think. 

 

I ask this. Is it wrong to clean out a cloned corpse? I don't know who did it but everything of mine was right there. I was only missing a ghillie suit which this guy was wearing. Is an Mk48 a hacked weapon?

Hmmm, I never got killed as a medic, and I used to do it every day for a few months.  Maybe it's because I always travelled as a pair with my sniper/spotter buddy.  Also I didn't really offer any help on the coast to noobs, just peeps further inland or up north.   If peeps just wanted thing delivered I told them where to stick it. 

 

I always made them drop their gear/weapons and move away from it while I approached them and then when it was safe I'd patch them up.  Then, when moving away make sure they stand still or go prone with their back to me (you keep your gun on them and so does your sniper /spotter) then you disappear into the woods.  

 

I only had one or two guys try to ambush me but my sniper/spotter just dropped them before they could do me much damage or steal my meds.  If you just run around delivering stuff and not really thinking too much, you'll die a lot.  You just have to be strict with them.  If they don't follow your orders they don't get your help, simple as that.

 

Being a medic doesn't mean being a pussy - to do it well and survive for long periods you have to have constant supplies which means lots of trips to get meds, which means added risk.  Also, make sure the "patient" knows that if they don't do exactly as you say they're gonna die.  It's the only way to do it and stay safe.

 

That's what I enjoyed about it, having to think tactfully to stay alive, it leads to some really tense situations and some awesome firefights when it all goes wrong.

 

Ahhhh, those were the days.  bring on the SA so I can dust off my medic bag QQ

In Standalone i believe there will be three difficulty modes:

 

Easy/Pussy mode = kill on sight

 

Hardcore/Survivor mode = try to survive and shoot only only when necessary.

 

Hardcore/Bandit mode = try to survive, robbing people, shooting when required.

Just got off a server was told to drop my bag and face NE or I die. I held ALT and moved my mouse around and spotted one guy prone one the ground a distance away and the other guy came took all my guns and ammo. left me my bag a can of beans(had no food), soda  all my tools in toolbelt.

 

Too cool.

 

Scared the crap outta me shouted my name a few times I listened did as I was told.

 

Best highwaymen I've ever played against hands down. Maybe there are more players out there like this...The kind that just want to see what you have and take what they need without totally ruining your fun.

 

Anyways catch me on US434...Always looking for new people to party with.
